Dili Playground provides lifetime after-sales maintenance. Approved Ninja equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of completed installation. But for trusses and clamps, we can extend the warranty period to 2 years.
We typically require 3-7 working days for design, and 25-45 days for production. When shipping by sea, please allow 25-35 days for delivery. Overall, you can expect to receive your equipment within a timeframe of 1.5-2.5 months.
At Dili Playground, we offer installation services by our engineers with additional charges for their salary. Alternatively, detailed installation instructions including drawing maps, videos and photos will be provided if you choose to install the equipment yourself.
