Yes, we offer comprehensive shipping services to your destination seaport or directly to your address, providing a seamless one-stop solution.
Yes, we provide installation services with our trained and insured team. If you wish to use your own installation team, we will provide detailed installation drawings. Installation costs are calculated separately.
The ordering process is simple:

- Trade Terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP
Payment Terms: Usually 30% T/T as deposit, the balance to be paid before loading. We also accept Trade Assurance, L/C at sight (large orders) through Alibaba, and Western Union, Credit Card, PayPal or Cash (small orders).
Delivery Time: Usually 15 to 30 working days, depending on the order quantity and size.

We offer custom 3D designs with models at no charge. For complex new models, a design fee of $300-500 may be required to ensure both parties are committed to the project.
The time frame will depend on the size of your playground, but it will usually take around 3 working days to complete the overall design.
We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. If any problems arise during normal use during this period, we will replace the defective item. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. For more information, please visit our warranty page.
Yes, we welcome visits. Please make an appointment with our sales department. We can arrange transportation from the airport or train station to our factory, where you can see our indoor playground, trampoline park and ninja warrior course samples.
Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the nearest airport is Wenzhou Airport, which is one hour's flight from Shanghai and two hours' flight from Guangzhou.
